April 2026 | AI, Governance, and Innovation

The world of AI right now is simultaneous rich with innovation and rapid change, and it demands strong governance to ensure solutions deliver business value without unnecessarily increasing corporate risk.

For this event, we featured two globally renowned speakers who happen to live in the St. Louis region!

John Ladley (consultant, author of “Data Governance: How to Design, Deploy, and Sustain an Effective Data Governance Program“, and host of the Rock Bottom Data Feed podcast) will share with us a blend of stories and thought leadership from helping organizations integrate AI into their data analytics landscape.    The session, “Can we make AI a relevant tool?” will cover whether the AI tools of today are a transformative force reshaping of data governance, data management, and value creation, or another over-hyped bag of ideas looking for a home and your money.

Jeff Heaton (VP of AI Innovation at RGA and YouTube contributor @HeatonResearch) will then take us to the edge of AI innovation to help us uncover even more ways AI can drive value for us and our organizations.
